About Melissa Gohlke
Melissa Gohlke is a family nurse practitioner caring for patients in the hospital and outpatient setting. She received her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Arizona State University in 2020 and is board certified in family practice by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2014.
Melissa has trained in a variety of settings including family practice, urgent care, cardiology, neurology, and dermatology. She was a cardiac nurse for six years prior to becoming a nurse practitioner. She has been recognized for exceptional patient care and received a nurse excellence award during her time at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI.
Patient centered care is Melissa’s top priority. She will help patients meet their health goals through an individualized approach and ensure coordination between all providers on the care team.
